I’m a Food Biotechnologist and R&D professional with a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and hands-on experience in food product development, bioprocessing, and scientific research. Over the years, I’ve worked on the development of functional foods, nutraceuticals, and fermentation-based innovations, along with training students and professionals in food science concepts, analytical techniques, and research methodology.
As a Guest Faculty at the University of Mysore and a former researcher at CSIR–CFTRI, I have mentored learners in subjects such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Processing, and Product Formulation. My teaching approach blends concept clarity, practical insight, and industry relevance, helping learners not just understand the subject but also apply it effectively in real-world projects.
I also provide guidance in scientific writing, thesis editing, and research paper preparation, ensuring students and professionals communicate their work clearly and professionally.
