Kishore Ghosh

As a dedicated and passionate educator with a solid foundation in Zoology, I bring a combination of academic excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to student success. I hold both a Bachelor of Science (CGPA 9.28) and a Master of Science (CGPA 8.08) in Zoology, specializing in Parasitology and Microbiology, from Burdwan Raj College, University of Burdwan. My academic achievements, such as ranking 8th in the university and receiving the University Merit Scholarship, reflect my dedication to the subject and my ability to inspire the same commitment in others.

My experience extends beyond the classroom. I have led the Community Outreach Programme, taking on leadership roles that honed my teamwork and organizational skills. Additionally, I have shared knowledge through presentations, including one on YouTube, where I have used creative approaches to communicate complex scientific concepts.

I am also equipped with a range of specialized certifications from esteemed institutions, covering topics such as Biodiversity Protection, Diabetes, Bacteriophage Therapy, Antibiotic Stewardship, and Stem Cell Science. These diverse fields of study enable me to bring an interdisciplinary approach to teaching, encouraging students to see connections between various scientific domains.

Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi, I can engage with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and communicative learning environment. My volunteer experience as a young warrior for UNICEF India during the COVID period exemplifies my commitment to societal development and my ability to support and guide individuals through challenging times.

In addition to my academic and professional background, I am a member of several respected professional organizations, such as the American Society for Microbiology, the British Society for Gene and Cell Therapy, and the British Society for Immunology.
