Dhritisundar Sarkar

I am Dhritisundar Sarkar, a Computer Science Engineer and Java Training tutor with over 20 years of experience in teaching and training students in programming. I help learners build strong foundations in Java programming by covering core concepts, object-oriented programming, advanced Java topics, and practical project-based learning to help them develop industry-ready skills.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree, which has provided me with a strong technical foundation and helped me build expertise in programming and software development. My academic background, combined with extensive industry experience, enables me to provide students with both theoretical understanding and practical knowledge.

I have over 22 years of industry experience in the IT field, working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, and other modern software development tools. My experience working on real-world projects allows me to bring practical insights, industry standards, and best practices into my teaching sessions.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have guided beginners, students, and working professionals in improving their programming skills and understanding software development concepts. I focus on explaining complex programming topics in a simple and structured manner so that learners can build confidence and apply their knowledge effectively.

My teaching methodology is practical and industry-oriented, with a strong focus on hands-on learning. I prepare structured lesson plans that include concept explanations, real-time examples, coding practice, and project-based assignments. This approach helps students understand how programming concepts are applied in real software development environments.

I conduct both online and offline classes using digital tools such as PPTs and whiteboards to make sessions interactive and engaging. I encourage students to actively participate, ask questions, practice coding regularly, and develop logical thinking skills required for programming success.

My goal is to share my technical expertise and industry experience with students and help them build successful careers in the IT industry. I believe that with the right guidance, practical exposure, and consistent practice, learners can develop strong programming skills and confidently take on professional challenges.
