If you find good teacher around your home go for
in person..
There are so many advantages of that..
Real interaction with people is better than online.
Online you may face problems like net speed, also
Time..
On the other hand benifit of online tution is when you are studying in higher class like 11th 12th..then you can find many good and well qualified teachers online.. Also you are matured enough to deal with your online class.
For class 5-8 or even 5-10 you should go for face to face in person...
