"I have been very unhappy with the kind of service provided by Mr Vivek Joglekar. Without my knowledge he used my email id to sign up for a free trial to use webinars with Citrix USA that amounts to identity theft. In spite of me asking him he refused to accept that he had done it. I had got emails from Citrix USA regarding me joining for the free trial. Moreover I had started the Microsoft office course which he did not complete he even failed in spite of taking 8000 which was deposited to his account. The cost of the Microsoft course was Rs 4000. I was supposed to continue with testing but after the fraudulent activity by stealing my identity I did not think it was wise to continue with testing. How can such tutors be trusted. I really don't know. Being a good teacher is not enough one should be ethical and have a moral code. "
