Although this will my first experience towards teaching, however I have been actively involved into activities which included sessions for new joiners and current employees.

According to me teaching can be made more interesting by use of both theoretical and practical method.

A student learns more when they participate in discussions about the subject.
By using mind mapping as a tool, through mind mapping we learn and remember more effectively by using the full range of visual and sensory tools at our disposal. Pictures, music, color, even touch and smell play a part in our learning armory will help to recollect information for long time.
