I began my teaching journey in 2001 at a reputed CBSE school and have over 25 years of experience teaching Hindi language. I have also served as the Head of the Hindi Department, where I was responsible for planning lessons, developing activities, and making Hindi learning engaging and meaningful for students. My strength lies in Hindi grammar, reading, writing, comprehension, vocabulary, and communication skills. I believe that grammar should not be taught only through rules and memorisation. Children learn better when concepts are explained through examples, activities, games, stories, and situations from their daily lives. I have designed and used various fun-filled grammar games and activities to make even difficult concepts simple and interesting. I strongly believe that language begins with our thoughts—जैसा हम सोचते हैं, वैसा ही बोलते हैं। Therefore, I encourage children to think in Hindi, express their ideas confidently, and gradually develop a natural connection with the language. My teaching approach is based on the belief that “मज़ा आएगा, तभी समझ आएगा।” If children enjoy learning, they become curious, participate actively, and understand concepts more effectively. Along with language skills, I also use meaningful examples to develop good values and positive qualities in children. My aim is not merely to teach Hindi, but to make children enjoy the language, understand it deeply, and use it confidently in their everyday communication.
