I have worked for kumon india education as a English instructor and have been taking private tuitions for 5 years and now I am currently working as a right brain trainer at tickle right education
While taking private tuitions I tend to keep my students prepared any surprise tests ,I plan weekly tests of the lessons learned in the week ,I also provide extra worksheets which I might feel helpful for the child I keenly observe what are the child's strong and weak points so i can plan the lesson accordingly I also keep giving the parents regular feedback about the child's performance I also try to keep the class as lively and informative as I can so the child can enjoy and learn at the same time the child's overall performance in academics will be my top most priority
