Hello Darsh,
Frankly, there is no quick fix to anything in life. Everything takes practice and time to master. To get a college degree, you need to spend overall five years getting a Graduation certificate.
My advice to you wouldn't be a quick fix one can communicate well when you are confident about yourself and accepts yourself the way you are not comparing yourself to anyone else. That will help you take off the burden, which will make you confident over some time and communicate well with people.
