I am a determined & passionate young woman born and bred in Mumbai and currently put up in Kandavali. Aspired path towards commerce. Eventually, I found myself drawn to HR, and my corporate journey commenced in 2014 after completing MBA in HR from Mumbai University. From that point onward, a decade of experience engaging in diverse industries and managing a multitude of impactful global projects, placing focus on geographies such as Europe-United Kingdom-London, United States of America, Japan-Asia Pacific region, Australia and New Zealand and Middle East & Africa. I am an executive professional with dual masters degree and cross-functional exposure to Global Talent Branding, CXO Engagement, Recruitment & Selection, Salary Negotiation, Candidate Engagement & Candidate Experience. Am highly recommendable for Stakeholder & Team Management, Strategic Thinker - ROI & TAT driven and Reliable & Proactive. I am skilled communicator with the ability to perpetuate the right approach to maintain organisation goals. Enjoying the challenge of striking balance between talent and organisations goals & vision.
Beyond my role as an HR professional, I have extended my reach to influence young minds through two of my endeavours:
First, by magnifying the effect of imparting corporate wisdom as a guest lecturer to young individuals, and Second, seeking to extend my influence to numerous professionals in need through my professional services initiative, which encompasses evaluating resumes, crafting compelling CVs, preparing individuals for interviews, enhancing LinkedIn profiles, fostering personal branding, offering career coaching, optimising time management, refining databases, staying attuned to industry advancements, bolstering workplace efficiency through an ROI-focused strategy, and extending consultations that cover a range of topics including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and the latest trends in the respective field.
