For the first fifteen years of my professional career, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer, gaining extensive experience in engineering design, drafting, and client management. My work involved using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Adobe applications to prepare technical drawings, documentation, presentations, and project-related materials. I collaborated closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure projects were delivered with accuracy and efficiency. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

While my engineering career was professionally rewarding, I gradually discovered a deeper passion for teaching and knowledge sharing. This inspired me to transition into the field of education, where I found immense satisfaction in helping learners grow and achieve their potential.

For over fifteen years, I have been associated with Sanjeevandeep Paraplegic Foundation, Airoli, where I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds. Working in an inclusive educational environment has enhanced my patience, empathy, and ability to adapt my teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. It has been a deeply meaningful journey that has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education.

Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in teaching the Marathi language. I strive to make my lessons engaging, interactive, and learner-centric, focusing not only on language proficiency but also on developing confidence, communication skills, and an appreciation for Marathi literature and culture. My engineering background has enabled me to bring a structured, logical, and organized approach to lesson planning and classroom management, while my teaching experience has nurtured creativity, compassion, and effective learner engagement.

The transition from engineering to education has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my career. It has allowed me to combine technical discipline with a passion for teaching, empowering students through meaningful learning experiences and contributing positively to their personal and academic development.
