With a whopping 11 years of experience in teaching skating to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, RSA’s founder and head coach Steffi Fernandes is nothing short of a Skating Wizard. Steffi's passion for skating and her dedication to her students have led to remarkable achievements, with her students winning countless awards at local, state, and national levels. Under her expert guidance, the Royal Skaters Academy has grown exponentially since its inception in 2018. Over the course of her illustrious coaching career, Steffi has trained over 5000 kids, instilling in them the skills and confidence to excel in skating.

Steffi is a Certified NIS RollBall Coach and a state-level RollBall player, currently serving as the Treasurer for the Mumbai Suburban RollBall Association. Her extensive experience and credentials make her a highly sought-after coach in the skating community. Steffi's expertise extends beyond coaching, as she also serves as a referee at State and National RollBall games, a sport that is rapidly gaining popularity worldwide and is played in more than 60 countries.
