Fourteen months of the course are divided into 2 semesters of 6 months each and two 1-month internships. There is a mid-course internship and an end of the course internship. Every student will be expected to take four courses in the first semester and seven courses in the second one. The first semester has fewer courses because of the nature of the subjects dealt with, which is explained below. The month-long courses that involve reading and discussion are designed for an immersion in the subject. The flow of courses is designed so that the later courses build upon the knowledge acquired in the earlier ones even though they are a different subject area.
