About Me

Hello! I'm Snehal Gaikwad, an enthusiastic educator, researcher, and PhD scholar in Life Sciences from India. I am passionate about making science and mathematics easy, engaging, and enjoyable for students of all levels.

I hold a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and am currently pursuing a PhD in Life Sciences at the University of Mumbai. My research focuses on molecular biology, bioinformatics, pregnancy-related disorders, and natural therapeutics. Along with research, I have hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques, genomics, and bioinformatics analysis.

I have teaching experience as a Science and Mathematics teacher for Grades 9 and 10, where I have helped students strengthen their conceptual understanding and improve their academic performance. I enjoy simplifying complex topics using real-life examples, diagrams, and interactive teaching methods.

In addition to teaching, I have over two years of professional laboratory experience in microbiology and cancer genomics, where I worked with advanced molecular biology techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, nucleic acid extraction, next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation, gel electrophoresis, and bioinformatics data analysis.
