"I have had the opportunity to study under Simrit maam for my 2 core subjects; Organisational Theory as well as Core Management Concepts. (U.O.L) I would describe her teaching style as more friendly and cooperative. She comes down at the student's level and solves each problem. She will not make you feel awkward if you don't know the meaning of an obvious word. She instills interpersonal qualities, which helps her identify your strength and weaknesses. Above all she knows her knowledge well. She knows what she is talking about and gives you a pre-set framework for your journey through the subject. Later helps you fill up on the framework. However she does draw a line between spoon feeding and relative independence. She forces you to think harder, which indeed makes your learning’s rock solid and permanent."
