I have been working as a personal trainer with a practical, hands-on approach, focusing on helping people build strength, lose fat, and move better in their daily life. My background as an Exercise Science Lecturer has helped me understand the technical side of training, but in real coaching, I keep things simple, effective, and easy for clients to follow. Over time, I’ve trained clients with different goals and fitness levels. Some were complete beginners who had never stepped into a gym, while others were already training but needed proper structure and guidance. One thing I’ve learned is that every individual is different, so I don’t follow a fixed template. I design workouts based on the person’s goal, lifestyle, and current fitness level. In my sessions, I mainly focus on strength training combined with functional movements. I believe that building a strong foundation is important before jumping into advanced workouts. I guide clients on proper form, breathing, and control, because that’s where most people go wrong and risk injuries. Progression is always gradual and planned, whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness. I have experience working with: Clients aiming for fat loss and body transformation Individuals looking to gain muscle and improve body composition People with busy schedules who need efficient workouts Beginners who need confidence and consistency Apart from workouts, I also guide clients on basic nutrition habits. I don’t believe in extreme diets. Instead, I help them make practical changes that they can follow long-term. I also keep track of their progress and make changes in training whenever required. My coaching style is supportive but also honest. I make sure clients stay consistent and don’t lose focus, but at the same time, I understand their limitations and work accordingly. The aim is not just short-term results, but helping them build a routine they can maintain. Overall, my goal is simple—to help people get stronger, feel better, and make fitness a part of their lifestyle without making it complicated.
