I understand how to make students learn the particular subject with the proper approach of understanding it. Students of this age group should be dealt empathetically ,so that they face no difficulty while inculcating basic knowledge,which is going to decide the remaining years of their education. I first understand how the student thinks and his limits ,to setup his/her teaching schedule in an order to complete the portion in an effective way. Class 1 students initially take time to adjust with the subjects ,depends on the students liking and thaught process. In an order to teach Spoken english ,refrence of HINDI language is used. Emotionally attaching with the students and listening to their point of view on the subject allows me teach the subject more efficiently.
