Shilpa, a dynamic and enthusiastic individual has been associated with the service industry for over a decade. She joined Singapore Airlines, a recognized world-class leader in the aviation industry, only as a trainee but due to her vibrant personality, commitment and impeccable work standard she was made a permanent employee within months.

Shilpa’s seven-year stint with Singapore Airlines exposed her to the criticality of world-class customer service standards and to the vital role that one’s image and persona play not only in their own career growth but also towards the growth and success of the company. It is also at this time that her interest to learn and pursue this line originated.

After her association with Singapore Airlines, Shilpa worked with Prime Focus Ltd, a Global Visual Entertainments Services Group, once again in a client-facing role, for a period of two and a half years. In her role as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director she interacted closely with the company’s top clients from both, the film and the advertising industry. In addition to this function, she was also responsible for supervising the operations of the Advertising studio primarily from an Image building perspective.

Both these roles gave Shilpa the desire and aptitude to build a career in Image Consulting.

A Certified Image Consultant, Shilpa has successfully completed the Image Consultancy Partner Program from Image Consulting Business Institute, a division of First Impression Consulting Pvt Ltd. Curriculum Partner Judith Rasband, a Certified Image Master, founder of Conselle L.C. and CEO/Director of the Conselle Institute of Image Management, has laid down the course curriculum followed by the Institute. Shilpa has had the privilege of meeting and interacting with Judith in person.
