We have an article ship period of 3 years, we go rigorous on the job training under a CA to learn practical aspect of laws and business and taxation and audits etc. I don't think except for medical there is any course which requires you to train in the hardships an article trains for 3 long years. Just for fun - an article is considered as the cheapest labour in the market.

I think IPCC is the base for everything. It gives you direction to study and build your concepts, so you should try to attend all the classes.
But still if you want to leave a few, you can leave IT SM of if you have good command in memorising, and even audit can be read at home but I sincerely would like you to learn audit alongside with law so you must do classes just for the purpose of receiving guidance and not spoon feeding.

You can go to public sector industries which actually pays a lot. There CTC is as high as that of an MBA. Also if you want to earn a slightly higher money then any big four guy , go for a good industry with good basics they generally offer 7 to 8 CTC. And if you are first attempt the rate increases by 1 lacs each.
