I am a research scholar, sports coach and sports therapist certified by NSNIS Patiala, Fitness trainer, Life style disease curator by physical fitness trainer certified by Armed Forces Central Medical Establishment (AFCME) New Delhi GOI, trained in various massage for recovery from anxiety, dipression, tiredness, tissue damage and muscular stiffness. I am giving home/online/tutor home training from 6 months before that all training was being provided to govt servants since 2018. I am having experience of more than 6 yrs. I have a diploma in fitness trainer certification in personal clients program for fitness trainer from ACE, sports coach from Australian sports council, RFSS yoga trainer and many more. My key skills are fitness training, various rehab massages in scientific way etc. My accomplishments are a. Physical conditioner of junior shooting team who qualified for junior Indian team without any injury. b. Secured 2nd position in physical fitness trainer course held in AFCME. c. Passed Sports massage, Classic massage course held at NSNIS Patiala with distinction and grade A recently.
