I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, I do teach Yoga, I also do practice Neurotherapy .. I do provide Home/Online Personal Training since past 20 Years.. I am certified Personal Fitness Trainer, a Certified Neurotherapy Practitioner, My key skill are Rehab, Strengthening exercises & corrective lifestyle therapy.
I have been working in Fitness industry over last 2 decades and I worked at different levels, started my career as a General Trainer and reached upto Management level in those 20Years. But I enjoy Teaching the most, so still working as a Freelance Personal Trainer, to teach people in need and live my passion. I look towards my profession as a Service towards Society and a Responsibility of the knowledge I gained through experience to deliver for the people in need and help them to come out of the sufferings regarding their Health and Fitness and their overall Lifestyle.
