12 year’s experience as a Personal Trainer, skills have to take any kind of aur category of a person to achieve their goal in any Age, Train many Female clients who have PCOD also with IVF treatment get improved in their Immunity. Have excellent knowledge to take group seasions. In person training people has to keep consistency in their daily routine. I train Female as well as Male Category, who wants to build muscles and improve in strength. Experience in Marathon training. As I know everyone have same muscles but different body type! I always suggest and plan workout work in their Body as well Stable Mindset. Have many clients who don’t want to train weights. They suggest in Functional aur Cardio vascular activity. I know this is important but as I know you choose battle with your Postural change/ weight management/ weight gain you have to do overall which helps to be Fit with. So don’t think Yoga helps me to reduce aur cardio helps me to burn more fats / weight training pump my body aur muscles give bulkier, if any buddy say this exercise I done last time and after this I gain like this and this, so if you are not tried it on your body how would you recognise your Body Type??? What actually works on you??? So be aware from this kind of people aur basically when you start your own so end of the decision if it was bad aur right it’s only for you;) With me many clients experience they are Mentally Peaceful with Training, Before start they do more dramas and do this aur that but after some time they see result & experience aur change in their body they Trust on me:)
