Riya Kulkarni

I've volunteered with renowned NGO'S where in we taught english to children from under priviledged sectors of the society at their schools governed by the municipality. Along with that I have also volunteered with the spastic society of india where we taught basic to intermediate life skills to children with various disabilities ranging from cerebral palsy to downsyndrom. I am a trained behaviour therapist and in my previous role as an aba therapist I used various methods to teach academic skills to early learners as well as young adults on the ASD (autism) spectrum.

Having experience in counseling, be it behavioural therapy I tend to have a great grasp on individuals and I can persuade them accordingly, coming up with individualized education plans comes to me efficiently as that's something that I've specifically been trained into, I'd be a great fit to the team as my degree in psychology has me equipped with qualities specifically for counseling and talking to people with an ease.
