Regular tutions in person have proven to be more effective than any online mode of tutoring. Regular tutions help the teacher under the child personally, thereby teaching the child at its capacity and pace, allowing them to focus on the positives that the child has to offer and strengthen their capabilities.

Hi, I'm pretty sure the child must be hyper while studying something that he lacks interest in. Usually, in cases like these, what could be done is:
If it is an online session, talk to the parents and ask them to let him play and exert his energy before sitting for the session.
Honestly, it all depends on the child and his personality.
