I am currently the Founder of my own Education and Skill Based training venture, Edtrainment. I am also a Corporate Trainer and Facilitator certified by SHRM & HRCI. I have worked as a Visiting Faculty at Sheila Raheja College of Business Management and Research, Bandra (E). I have qualified my Maharashtra State Eligibility Test and completed my Masters of Commerce (Business Management) in May 2019 from St. Andrews College. It was in September 2019 itself, I started working as a Visiting Faculty. As a visiting faculty, I have had the opportunity to teach the students of the Self- Finance courses. Namely, Bachelors of Management Studies; where I'd teach subjects like Business Communication, Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Human Skills and Corporate Communication. Also, Bachelors of Arts in Multimedia and Communication (BAMMC); where I'd teach Introduction to Advertising and Effective Communication. I have also worked as a Full Time Faculty at St. Andrews College, Bandra. Simultaneously, I have also had the privilege of training students of other Educational Institutions on various other subjects related to Business Management and Entrepreneurship under my 1st start-up called B-Finesse (Business Finesse), which focused on Learning Business Beyond Classrooms. Apart from my Masters' Degree, I am also an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and a Certified Digital Marketer. This helps me deliver a wholesome education to my learners. I conduct sessions for educational institutions and corporations on how to work on their EQ level.
