Hello to all you lovely people. My name is Rashmi and I am an Indian artist based in Mumbai city working as faculty in Indian Institute of Gems and jewellery ,Mumbai .I have been very creative since I was very young. I love playing with colors and I love gems. I have a degree in jewellery design with continued studies in the subject . Since I love to teach and help and see others grow I thought it was a lovely platform to be in. I have worked as a faculty in the designing department .Being an expertise in the designing, but the ability to transfer knowledge and skills to another person is what makes an excellent instructor after working as a faculty in the design department , I learnt that all .My teaching style can best be described as interactive, supportive, and transparent. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom, ask questions when they come up, and nd participate actively in all conversations regardless of their level of confidence. My strength is "ability to solve conflicts, emotional intelligence. creativity and enthusiasm for teaching. ability to explain difficult things in a simple way. ability to connect with children (or with older students), on a personal level.

I love doing rendering and teaching and some of my favorite mediums are micron pens , pencil colors, markers and of course procreate app .It made my life super efficient.
