Teaching Law and B.Com subjects has been a passion I’ve nurtured for the past 4 years. With a strong academic foundation and a deep interest in legal education, I strive to simplify complex legal concepts and commerce theories for my students. My aim is to make learning approachable and engaging, particularly for those who find theoretical subjects challenging. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of students and have witnessed how personalized attention and practical examples can transform the learning experience.

I hold a B.Com, LLB, and LL.M degree, all of which I completed with first-class honors. Additionally, I have a diploma in Intellectual Property Law, which has given me added depth and specialization in one of the fastest-growing legal fields today. My academic journey has equipped me with not only subject matter expertise but also the ability to connect the dots between law and commerce, which benefits students preparing for integrated or competitive courses.

Throughout my career, I have actively participated in academic and co-curricular activities to enhance my own learning and contribute to the student community. I published a research paper during my college years, which deepened my interest in academic writing and legal research. I have also participated in debate competitions and conducted multiple legal seminars during the COVID-19 lockdown, helping students stay connected and informed. These experiences shaped my teaching style to be more interactive and student-focused.

I offer both online and offline classes, depending on the needs and convenience of my students. While I emphasize theoretical clarity, I also make sure to bring in real-life case studies and examples that relate to current legal practices and commercial issues. This helps students not just memorize legal provisions but truly understand the logic behind them. For instance, while teaching Contract Law, I relate it to everyday transactions and disputes that students might witness or experience themselves.

My sessions are always designed to be engaging. I take the effort to break down difficult case laws and abstract principles using relatable analogies and examples. I believe this is essential, especially for students new to legal terminology. I provide handwritten notes for each topic we cover, ensuring that the learning materials are personalized, concise, and easy to revise. These notes are updated regularly and based on current legal standards and syllabus guidelines.

While I don’t provide heavy course materials—since there are many established books already available—I guide students in selecting the right ones based on their level and goals. More importantly, I focus on building conceptual clarity and critical thinking. By the end of the course, my students are not just exam-ready, but also equipped with the practical understanding they need for internships, higher studies, and real-world legal challenges.
