Nimesh Oza

I started my career as a Java Software Developer Trainer in 2006. Over time, I expanded my expertise to include Servlets and JSP, Enterprise JavaBeans, Web Services, the Struts Framework, and the Spring Framework. For about a decade, I provided training in these technologies to employees at various esteemed IT companies.

Later in 2014, I took on a role at Oracle, where my initial two years were dedicated to conducting interviews for both new graduates and experienced candidates. During this period, I further advanced my skills by mastering Java 8 and above, as well as training in specialized tools such as SOA and OSB.

In addition, I have trained both newcomers and experienced professionals in the APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK, which offers Java and Advanced Java capabilities comparable to those found in .NET. Most recently, I have upgraded my knowledge to include Microservices and related tools like Kafka, Flyway, and Conductor. I continue to conduct training sessions on these technologies for both new and experienced hires at Oracle.
