My name is Nilima Naik, and I am a passionate and dedicated educator with 17+ years of professional teaching experience. I have been teaching students from Nursery to Grade 5 at St. Theresa High School, Jogeshwari East Branch, where I have gained extensive experience in handling students across different age groups and learning levels.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked in rotational shifts and have successfully managed diverse classroom environments. My teaching approach focuses on making every topic simple, engaging, and easy for children to understand. I believe that every child has a unique learning ability, so I make it a priority to interact personally with each student, understand their difficulties, and provide the required guidance and encouragement.

Along with my school teaching experience, I have been conducting home tuition for more than 15 years. This has given me valuable experience in providing individual attention and adapting my teaching methods according to each child's academic needs.

One of my key strengths is my ability to explain concepts in a clear, practical, and child-friendly manner. I encourage students to ask questions, participate actively, and develop confidence in their learning. I strongly believe that teaching is not only about completing the syllabus but also about building a strong academic foundation and creating a positive attitude towards education.
