This Is Neelam Ranawat.As discussed, please find attached my resume for your reference. Associated with Weavers Pre School as a Creative Educator and conducting their Mother Toddlers batch and looking to explore options in the field of education.

As a brief background, I hold Masters Degree in Commerce along with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from a prestigious institution.Pursuant to my qualification and keen interest in human resources management, I have worked across corporate handling various roles and activities including senior level recruitment,training, development, employee engagement, job designing (including working out job descriptions with business heads) and performance appraisal.


As far as the Teaching Profile I understand there could be a requirement for the candidate to have achieved B.Ed/ECCED degree, however, given my past experience in the field of human resource and the related education field good communication skills and passion to interact with kids , I am confident that, in spite of not possessing the said degree, I will be able to do full justice and live upto the service expectations required for doing the said job with full commitment
