Throughout my career, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in pastry production, bakery, desserts, cakes, breads, chocolate work, and large-scale food production.

My experience has helped me develop a strong understanding of quality, consistency, presentation, hygiene, and customer expectations. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and practical skills with others and believe in teaching techniques that are simple, professional, and easy to apply in a real kitchen environment.
