Having gained professional experience working in the investment team as a research analyst of a venture capitalist firm it enabled me to strengthen my oral and written communication.
In the course of my MBA program, I was a part of a couple of workshops on team building and group activities which brought out the leader as well as the team player in me and helped me enhance my interpersonal skills, helping me on the professional front as well.
During my initial college days, it was quite evident to me that I had would also like to excel in the field of finance, and that eventually shaped my career goals and my aspiration to pursue MBA. In my undergraduate studies, I have excelled in the courses of Business Economics, Accounts, Financial Management, Marketing & HRM, Financial Accounting, Export Marketing, Auditing & Cost Accounting by achieving a minimum 80% score in each of them.
One great reason which eased my decision-making process of choosing finance as my specialisation is that it's more of a narrow focus but still allows you to explore a field that is dense with opportunities and knowledge.
During my course of specialisation, I developed a strong proficiency in Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting.
Imparting my accountancy knowledge to my fellow peers during my MBA course made me more confident and master of my subject which in turn gave me the zeal to take this up professionally.
My knowledge and expertise in the field of finance are ready for disposal.
