Malvika Varma also counsels at Springfield High School, Bandra West. She is a teaching faculty for Xavier’s Institute for Counselling Psychology (XICP), Mumbai. She practises at a Learning and Assessment Centre in Khar West.
She conducts several training programs in REBT/CBT and their applications for psychology professionals and students.
