Madhura B.

I have over 22 years of experience in Hindustani classical music and harmonium, having trained under the guidance of my respected guru, Late Smt. Seema Shirodkar, at her Gurukul.
My musical journey has given me a strong foundation in Hindustani classical music, ragas, and the art of harmonium playing. I have performed solo performances, including Bada Khayal, Chhota Khayal, and Thumri, and have also accompanied school musical programmes and performed light music.
I believe that learning music should be an enjoyable and enriching experience. My approach focuses on building a strong musical foundation, developing an understanding of ragas and rhythm, improving finger coordination, and helping students gain confidence in playing the harmonium.
I would love to share my knowledge and passion for music with aspiring learners, whether they are beginners exploring the instrument for the first time or students looking to deepen their understanding of Hindustani classical music.
For me, music is not just a skill; it is a lifelong journey of learning, expression, and joy.
