I teach gym-based personal training with a strong focus on fitness, strength building, weight loss, and overall physical wellness. My journey as a personal trainer began in 2012, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, each with unique goals and challenges. My approach has always been rooted in understanding individual needs and tailoring programs that bring real, sustainable results.

I am a certified personal trainer from the K11 Fitness Academy, which is one of the most reputed institutes in India for fitness education. This certification has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to guide my clients effectively. Alongside this, I hold over 8–9 years of professional experience in powerlifting, which has not only built my personal strength and discipline but also enabled me to train others with a deep understanding of how the body responds to resistance and movement.

Over the years, I’ve expanded my skill set beyond just weight training. My training methodology now includes elements of functional training, yoga, Pilates, and strength conditioning. This holistic approach helps me address various aspects of fitness — from improving flexibility and balance to enhancing endurance and core strength. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or building strength, I create structured plans that are both challenging and achievable.

One of the key highlights of my career has been winning five gold medals at the National Powerlifting Championship. These achievements stand as a testament to my consistency, discipline, and passion for the sport. Competing at this level has taught me invaluable lessons about goal-setting, commitment, and pushing through limitations — lessons that I bring into every training session with my clients.

I conduct offline personal training sessions only, either at the client’s home or a local gym. I strongly believe that in-person guidance is extremely effective in correcting form, providing motivation, and ensuring accountability. I work closely with each client to design custom workout routines, provide diet support, and track progress regularly. I always strive to create an environment where clients feel supported, encouraged, and empowered.

What drives me the most is seeing the positive change in people — not just physically, but mentally. Over the years, many of my clients have seen transformations that have improved their health, confidence, and mindset. The satisfaction of playing a role in someone’s fitness journey is what keeps me motivated every single day.
