About the Course
Do-It-Yourself series of workshops designed for the student to learn specific hobbies, arts and crafts, such as make-do-and-mend, organise and decorate your room, revamp old shoes, stitch pillows, learn embroidery, decoupage, etc. and much much more - through out the year.
Anyone can join the class beyond the age of 12 years.
Topics Covered*Apartment Therapy - Decorate your home by learning crafts: Decoupage, Pillow Making, Canvas Painting, Wall Painting etc.
*Pillow Making - Master Pillow Making with an extensive range of pillow designs.
*Domestic Goddess - Master Chocolate Brownies, Cupcakes, Cakes and Decorating them along with other Deserts.
* Miscellaneous Mix - A class on demand with various mixed arts and crafts.
Who should attendAnyone above the age of 12+ can attend the workshops, who have a passion for Art and Craft, Cooking, or just want to use up their time to learn something new and fun.
Pre-requisitesSome classes involve the use of sewing needles and sewing machines. Students need not require knowledge of stitching to join the class, but after course is complete, for personal knowledge and optimum use of course structure, it is advisable for students to learn basic stitching.
If a student knows how to handle a sewing machine, it would be an added advantage for the student to join the class.
What you need to bringBasic Requirements: Scissors, Glue, Sewing Needles, Pencil, Pen, Book, Paint brush (Thick and thin), Ruler.
