After obtaining diploma in russian from aiirl (all india institute of russian langugage) delhi, started teaching for certificate course while continuing studies.
1978 summer course for teachers of russian language, at friendship univ. Moscow.
1979 diploma in russian mumbai univ. Distinction rank 1.
1981 seminar at pune univ.
1984 advanced diploma of aiirl distinction rank1.
1984 six weeks summer course at pushkin institute, moscow
1985 advance diploma of house of soviet culture, (now russian centre for science and culture, rcsc), gold
1985 first indian ti conduct russia classes at the house of soviet culture in the absence of its director.
1986-87 coached 6th and 7th std students of nandadeep school goregaon, mumbai for the upcoming russian language olympiad at moscow. Out of the 4 students selected for the event, 2 won gold and 2 silver medals. Should be noted that they were not accompanied by their parents or teachers, they managed on their own.
1988 summer course at pushkin institute, moscow.
1988 opted for vrs from the job to become free lance teacher, translator, interpreter of the language.
2004, 2008, 2012, 2015 participated in interactive seminars and training programmes for teachers of russian language at rcsc jointly with mumbai univ.,professors and teachers from russia.
Have translated from english into russian for many reputed pharmaceutical companies like sun pharma, usv, ajanta, zandu, ipca,
And many others, engineering firms like frigmayers, tata motors etc. Worked as interpreter with sandoz-novartis, ajanta, zandu, khimline pumps,anchor corks; for buyer seller meets of chemimpex, pharmaimpex, gem and jewelry. Export council etc.
Teaching : wide experience of teaching , from pharma companies to high level officers of fieo, mazagon docks, icici bank to students going to russia for further studies and housewives accompanying their husbands on duty.
Teach according to the students' needs and not a fixed course other languages italian certificate course of the counsulate and mumbai univ. Distinction rank 1 in both.Have conducted basic classes for nurses, engineers and tourists.
