I found out about Nalini auntys cooking classes online but was very skeptical about joining.But to my surprise this turned out to be more than a regular class.Its easy to follow recipes from here & there but the minute tips & tricks she provides are really helpful.Her cooking is excellent no doubt (even better than most restaurants) but beyond that she is a very warm person,extremely adjusting with our timings and special requirements and always ever ready to answer any queries :) With her I actually feel like its my mother teaching me how to cook :) So whether its basic cooking or any other cuisine,this one is highly recommended.
