I am a nursing professional and PhD Scholar in Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing with over two decades of extensive experience in nursing education, clinical practice, leadership, and healthcare management. Throughout my career, I have served in diverse leadership roles, including Program Director, Nursing Superintendent, Dean, Nursing Specialist, Consultant, and Nurse Educator, contributing significantly to the advancement of nursing education and the strengthening of healthcare systems.

My professional journey has been driven by a strong commitment to developing a competent nursing workforce, promoting women's health, and fostering excellence in nursing education and clinical practice. I am passionate about mentoring future nurses, creating learner-centered educational environments, and integrating evidence-based practice into teaching and patient care.

Over the years, I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams, strengthened academic and clinical standards, and collaborated with government health departments, academic institutions, and development partners to bridge the gap between nursing education and real-world healthcare delivery.
