Jainam Jasmine Shah

I have completed my BMS in E-Commerce Operations and I am currently pursuing my M.Com in Management along with an MBA in IT Management.

My most relevant experience for this role comes from my journey with MyCaptain. I initially joined as a Mentee in 2024 and later progressed to Facilitator and Super Facilitator roles, followed by a Program Management Internship.

During this journey, I had the opportunity to interact with learners and mentors, facilitate learning-related activities, coordinate programs and work on processes, SOPs, dashboards and different operational responsibilities. This experience helped me develop communication, patience, coordination and learner-engagement skills.

I have also worked as a Performance Marketing Intern, where I worked with digital tools, AI-based research, content, presentations, video editing and website audits. So I am quite comfortable with technology and online working environments.

Overall, I would say my background combines education, learner engagement, management and technology, which is why I feel the Online Instructor role is a good fit for me.
