I am a Company Secretary with an experience of 4 years and above. Additionally, I hold a degree in Gen. LLb. and Bachelor of Commerce. In addition to this, I am pursuing a diploma course offered by ICSI in Corporate Governance and a Certified Course as a CSR professional.

I have an experience of working with a Listed Company as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. I have also worked with an MNC which is a service provider of Corporate Secretarial Services to Foreign Companies and its subsidiaries in India. Currently I am working with a renowned Listed Company as a Senior Executive Company Secretary.

I have been frequently appreciated for my thorough knowledge, hardwork and ways for handling the assignments and explaining and assisting the management regarding compliance requirements. Further I have been awarded for 'Customer Satisfaction' while working with the MNC for resolving the issues faced by the clients regarding corporate law compliances.
