Training Delivery and Facilitation:
* I Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to educate medical coders on various coding systems (e.g., ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)

* I Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, such as presentations, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on exercises, to enhance learning outcomes.

* Adapt training delivery methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and experience levels of participants.

*I do Performance Evaluation and Feedback which includes:


* Assess the coding proficiency of trainees through regular evaluations, coding audits, and quizzes.

* I Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching to trainees to address areas for improvement and promote professional growth.

* I do Monitor the progress of trainees, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate training records.
