I have also worked as Doubt Solving Educator where I have solved different types of Chemistry doubts solved by me. My best teaching approach is to deliver the level of my best probable efficiency with clearing the concepts and facts for long term other than mugging it up for short term. My emphasis is to clear the all types of concepts, core concept as well as advanced level concept, so student need not only memorize but understand the lesson which is being taught and then get them more and more practice. After Apart from this, it is also emphasized that how children will write the paper in the exam according to the new pattern so that they get the best marks. There is timely completion of syllabus and ample revision and doubt solving session. I also organize weekly and monthly test whatever lesson is being taught. Feedback is given to the students by pointing them their mistake and making them understand how it can be corrected. Sometimes if needed parents are also told about their mistake and make them interactive to show how it can be corrected. We can also help for career counseling for bright future of student as well. After completion of lesson of book, I am also just practicing them more and more practice from previous years paper to make them understand the new pattern of paper and how are they able to write answer in proficient way
