IdentityI have a complain for the problem that I faced with one of the golds gym franchised gym in Oshiwara, Andheri (W), Mumbai - Mona Fitness On April 27 2015 during my workout, one of the members of the gym hit me the bottle on my face due to which I got serious injury on my face and that gym did not took any action against that person and believe me I had done nothing to that person and the gym accepts this. I think that person was doped or something and that was not the first incident ,earlier a member of this gym tried to threaten me (I was not allowed to complete my exercise), that time also they didn't do anything to that person. After all this, who would want to go to that gym, I just wanted my refund and they are not giving me the refund, I talked about the refund to Neetu who is in the management team of the gym, I just asked her one thing if I invited her to my home and I hit her, will she ever come to my home, and I got the reply that I'm not invited, In return I said I'm even paying you why would I tolerate such a treatment .After so much of celebrity endorsement, I thought this would be a good gym .After joining this gym, I learned how bad is the reputation of the gym from my friends and acquaintance. I requested golds gym international to take some action against this and initiate my refund so that I can take a membership in some reputed Gym, they told me to talk to golds gym India customer care. I even talked to these people - they are good for nothing so called big brand owners ,they are also not giving me a response. All they did was blocked me. All that this brand cares about is money So this is my suggestion for all good people that don't buy membership in this useless brand's franchise, save your money, and please go to some other good gym in your locality .
