I am a K11 certified fitness instructor, and my professional training has equipped me with strong technical knowledge and practical expertise. I specialize in fat loss, weight training, muscle gain, functional training, flexibility and mobility, posture correction, and training for special populations. This allows me to design safe and effective programs tailored to each individual’s fitness level, body type, and personal goals.
