Ill-mannered, fraud, rude, arrogant & I am short of words for this man- Pragnesh. He refused to give a demo class, he said if we are not happy with the tutor he will change it. On day one he sent a fresh engineering grad student who was googling methods to teach science to my daughter. We requested another teacher, he abused, spoke rudely, and said he won't. He refused a refund right after the first class. He hung up on us, refused to give his address, and hasn't responded to texts/calls since. A sincere request to everyone to not fall for this scam.
