About the Course
EMO-ENERGY is a unique concept;
• To understand the relation between our Emotions and Energy levels and the effect it simultaneously has on our Behaviour.
• To learn BEHAVIOUR PATTERNS, its purpose and its reasons through games and interactive sessions.
• To learn the art of STRESS MANAGEMENT by handling your emotions and thus managing to conserve your EMO-ENERGY
Topics Covered• Office Yoga – simple exercises that can be performed even at work,
• Understanding the reasons as to why we get affected at an emotional level,
• Playing the ‘ENERGY SNATCH GAME’ to realize how we use our emotions ‘wrongly’ to maintain our energy balance,
• Understanding the concept of GIVING energy and the basic requirements necessary for the purpose of Healing, Helping or PARENTING.
Who should attend• Anyone who feels the need to overcome Stress
• Anyone desirous of working on personal health or to overcome illnesses- (Hypertension, Diabetes, Migraine, Arthritis, Asthma, IBS, etc.)
• Anyone who is holding a position of responsibility (Healers, medicos, Counselors, Managers, Executives, Parents, etc.)
Pre-requisitesNil, but please inform if you are suffering from any medical, psychological illness
What you need to bringParticipants should wear clothing that can allow them to perform various asanas comfortably.
Avoid shorts, mini's, Spaghetti straps dresses or any such over-exposing clothes.
Writing materials, mats, lunch and evening tea/snacks will be provided
