With thirty-eight years of experience and qualifications, including an MSM, MCom, and PhD, I am deeply passionate about teaching. Throughout my career, I have garnered positive feedback from my students, further fueling my commitment to imparting knowledge effectively. My dedication and commitment to teaching have been recognised through various accolades. The Indian Council of Management awarded me twice for my excellence in management education, while the All India Achiever Foundation (AIAF) acknowledged my contributions to the field.
My expertise in teaching spans a wide range, from class eleventh to MBA-level subjects such as accounts and math. I am well-versed in online and offline teaching methods, catering to individual student's unique needs. Regardless of the mode of instruction, I adhere to a meticulously designed lesson plan to ensure comprehensive curriculum coverage.
To make my classes engaging and interactive, I employ various techniques. One such method is using a whiteboard, which allows me to demonstrate concepts and illustrate complex problem-solving strategies visually. By utilising this tool, I facilitate a deeper understanding of the subject matter and encourage active participation from my students.
Furthermore, I believe in providing comprehensive support to my students. To this end, I prepare my notes that are concise yet thorough, ensuring that students have a reliable resource to refer back to. Additionally, I make it a point to conduct regular tests after the completion of each chapter.
