I, Dr.Chandrakala Kaluram Mhatre, am applying for the post of Associate Professor in Management in your esteemed University. I am Doctorate from S.N.D.T. Women's University, Dept. of Commerce, Churchgate under the Guideship of Dr. Dipti Deshpande, the Secretary of Gokhale Education Society, Nashik.

I have 16 years of experience in teaching UG & PG classes, 10.5 years of administrative experience and 6 years of industrial experience.

During my 5 years of tenure in F.G.Naik College, Koparkhairane (permanently non-grant college), I worked as the Head of Commerce Dept., Exam Chairperson and a member of the LMC.

Currently I am working in Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College and during my 11 years of tenure in Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Vashi, I worked as Co-ordinator for Post Graduate Section for the A.Y. 2022-2023, Member of BOS in Accountancy from 2018-2023 and Project Guide for Post Graduate Students from 2018 to till date.

With the support of Institutional Seed Money provided by Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, I completed Minor Research Project for the time period 2021-2022.

Thus, I have 5 years of experience working remotely as Accounting Manager in Mhatre's Translation & Allied Services which has international clients like Crunchyroll, NBC-Universal Media, Amazon.com, Netflix Inc, Uber Technologies & Snap Inc.

Other than this, I have been working as Joint Secretary with Sitaram Mhatre Foundation, Koparkhairane from 2018, which is an NGO which serves as an open access resource providing Unicodification of Bhakti Literature, scholarships to meritorious students and conducting program "English for All".

In recent years, I have published two books, "Indian Banking System" and "Contemporary Development (?) trends in India", 7 research papers in total out of which 5 research papers in international journals and 2 research papers in national conferences.

Recently, I have been appointed as "Peer Reviewer" in "American Journal of Technology and Management", New York, US for the tenure of three years till February 2027. Other than this, I have reviewed research articles for African Journal for Education as well.

Along with this, I have always been a part of various teaching and administrative activities during my tenure as an assistant professor in F.G.Naik and KBP College.

Thus, I have handled documentation work at all 7 Criteria of NAAC during third and fourth cycle of NAAC in our College.

Apart from this, I have handled various type of documentation for IQAC and Finance Committee as well during all these years.
