Since you are just starting off in digital photography,I would suggest a basic or mid range camera. Canon 1500 D is a good start , look for a twin lense kit which comes with 18-55 & 55-250 mm lenses, this will cost you anywhere between 30k-37k.As you develop more interest in photography, you will find yourself gravitating towards one or more types of photography like Landscape, street photography ,wildlife etc. and based on this you can upgrade your photographic gear.Always remember that an expensive camera does not necessarily mean that you will produce good pictures,it all depends on your technique and skills.you can produce amazing pictures with even the most basic DSLR . If you have a budget of 50k-90k then buy a mid range camera and then buy accessories like flash gun , tripod etc. as per your requirement. Good Luck !!
